Paso
Style Living Real Estate:
(Real
Estate market conditions in Paso Wine Country)
Realism!
Not Pessimism, Not Optimism. The local market needs a good
dose of realism.
Sellers, the
market is off a little from peak prices 12 months ago.
You cannot sell today for what most thought they could 12 months ago. Homes that
are priced competitively are selling. That may be
less than what is was 12 months ago.
Buyers, It
should be considered a good deal if you can purchase a home for 10% less
than it may have sold for 12 months ago. If your waiting for
prices to drop 40 to 50% , It ain't going to happen! If you've
been watching those infomercials on late night TV and think you can get
rich buying properties for pennies on the dollar, get a life.
Deals are made by your ability to foresee potential value. Paso
has some of the highest potential value in the country now!
