Yes, I still have a slight southern drawl.

I’ve been investing and managing Real Estate for over 15 years. I own real-estate in Tennessee, Colorado, and California, then decided to obtain my California Brokers License 6 years ago. I approach Real Estate in the same manner as my many years in real-estate investments, business management, and software marketing.
